We received reports of trouble opening draft campaigns around noon Central today. At the same time, we also discovered an unrelated issue accessing our customer-facing status page that prevented us from updating here in live time on the incident.
Our engineering team was able to quickly locate the campaigns issue and deploy a fix to get the app running smoothly again. We’ve also remedied the issue impacting internal access to the status page, so we’ll be able to quickly update in live time for future incidents.
